Outfit of the Week – Baby Boy – Gold Rupert Romper

Outfit of the Week – Baby Boy – Gold Rupert Romper7th September 2012

Especially suited for an Autumn or Winter Christening or other special occasion, this outfit adds class and elegance to a special day. Hand-made in England and exclusive to Sunday Best in Northampton, this romper is made of top quality silk dupion.

The Gold Rupert Romper is an elegant double breasted silk romper set, (pictured on left hand side of photo) which has a double, square shaped collar, ivory silk covered buttons down the yoke, long sleeves and a full leg and a matching sailor style hat. The embroidered gold silk swirl pattern on the yoke, cuffs, collar and hat band gives an expensive, and opulent appearance and contrasts beautifully with the plain ivory silk. This makes a wonderful and tasteful alternative to the usually fairly plain occasion wear available for boys. Available in all sizes from 0 to 2 years.

These boy's laced booties, made of ivory silk, match the Rupert romper perfectly. All sizes are available from size 0 to size 5.

At Sunday Best, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and our gold heavy embroidered socks are a perfect accessory to the Rupert Romper. An ivory sock with a gold embroidered silk tie which uses the same embroidered silk swirl fabric on the romper.

If a bib is needed, this gold piped piped bib, made of ivory silk dupion with satin ties, is the perfect match. As can be seen from the photo, it can be personalised at an extra cost.
