A Summer Christening9th June 2014

 We feel that for any christening ensuring that your child is comfortable throughout the engagement is key, as any discomfort they feel is likely to cause disruptions during the ceremony! In summer the most obvious cause of discomfort is heat, so it is important that you choose temperature-appropriate christening outfits for the occasion.  Natural fabrics, like the silk ones we offer, help enormously. Opting for gown designs which are less restrictive can help with this, but you can always change the outfit immediately after the ceremony, which should help to avoid extended periods of discomfort.
