When everything you've selected is correctly displayed, and you're happy with the selection, press submit to place your order.
If you change your mind about an item, just go back to the page it was featured on, and raise or lower quantity, or enter a quantity of zero to remove items completely, click add to cart, and your shopping cart will be updated with new quantities.
Shipping within the UK (with goods value exceeding £40) we use Royal Mail "Special Delivery" which guarantees next working day delivery throughout the UK, with the odd exception for off-shore locations (no doubt you will know if you are in one of those locations - but otherwise the Post Office has a leaflet about it). For orders where the goods value is less than £40, we ship with "signed for" first class post, but you may upgrade to special delivery for an extra £5 and requesting it in the comments section of the order form.
For our overseas customers, UPS is our preferred shipper - proving to be the most reliable courier firm, with a tremendous record of meeting delivery promises.
The "courier service" is UPS's express service which guarantees 2 day delivery to almost all parts for the USA for instance. Our standard service provides subsidised use of UPS's expedited service which provides scheduled delivery throughout the world but is only available for orders where the goods value exceeds £40. For orders of lower value, the express service will need to be selected.
Costs for other destinations will be provided to you on receipt of your application, for your approval. With both methods of UPS delivery you will receive an email when we ship out, advising you of the tracking number for your parcel, and you will be able to track your parcel's progress, using the link below.
Once you're happy with the content of your Shopping Cart, press the submit button at the bottom of the page to place your order via our secure server.
